the selby strikes again

{images via the selby}

I could literally spend hours perusing all the amazing homes on The Selby. The home of interior designer Lyndsay Caleo and woodworker Fitzhugh Karol really takes the cake. Seriously, how awesome is that little sleeping loft!

* You can drool over the rest of their home here.

fedora frenzy

Must get my hands on a fedora this summer. How adorable is the Eugenia Kim collection for Target? I especially love the straw fedora in plaid.

We had so much fun in San Diego. We had breakfast at the Coffee Cup, hiked Sunset Cliffs and toured the Stone Brewing Company. Oh San Diego, how I heart you.

*If you are ever in the area, I would definitely check out Stone Brewing Co. The tour is free and includes four tastings! But get there early, the tours fill up fast.

My friend Tatiana is visiting from Puerto Rico this week! We are literally melting in this Arizona heat so we decided to take a little impromptu road trip to San Diego. Cool ocean breeze here we come!

vintage steamer trunk

{image via design sponge}

I am in love with the idea of using a vintage steamer trunk as a fun alternative to the traditional side table. The best part? The trunk belonged to the homeowner's great grandmother and even has her name printed on the side. Stylish and sentimental... My favorite combination.

summertime chic

{via the sartorialist}

I wish I could pull off a summer look like this. She is so put together, but doesn't seem like she's trying too hard. How do those French women do it? The shoes, the bag {oh the bag!} and that breezy shirt... perfection.

*What's your summer uniform?

{stairway to heaven}

{the grand palace}

Our trip continued as we made our way to Phuket, Thailand. We stayed at the beautiful Kamala Beach Resort and spent many a lazy day by the pool or getting Thai massages. We watched Muay Thai kickboxing and went sea kayaking in Phang Nga Bay. We were all very sad to leave Phuket, but there was more to see in Bangkok!

Bangkok is a city like no other, we were in awe of the sheer number of people bustling around the streets. We shopped at the weekend market, toured the Grand Palace and ate ourselves silly. Our favorite restaurant in Bangkok was Nara and I could have eaten there every. single. night. I still dream about the soft shell crab in tamarind sauce. It's without a doubt the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. We had such an amazing time in Thailand and we can't wait to go back!

*Update: According to Random.org Aubrey is the winner of the Thailand giveaway. Thank you all for playing!
