i think these ginger cupcakes with cream cheese frosting would be just perfect for a wedding. i thought that maybe i would be able to make them myself for the big day... my wise/married friend brooke assured me this was lunacy. i suppose we could always go the sprinkles route. in the mean time, i'll be making a practice batch of these lovelies.(photo via 101 cookbooks)
I don't think that you are going to want to be making cupcakes the day before your wedding. Spa treatments? yes. cupcakes? probably not. But they do look good.
