Kiwi and I had such a good time at the wedding. The bride's sari was absolutely breathtaking. I've never seen such beautiful bead work. One of the wedding traditions is for the bride's family to try and steal the groom's shoes. I have no idea why, but it sure was fun! My favorite part of the night was when all the kids did a fully choreographed dance for the newlyweds. The colors, the music, the food...it was in a word, awesome.
*I realize I've been pretty heavy on the wedding related posts lately. It almost makes me miss the days of planning our wedding... almost. Back to regularly scheduled programming on Monday.
I heart Indian weddings too... the colors, the traditions, the people. I was wondering about the groom's shoes too. Did I tell you that I did some Indian wedding photo shoots? xoxo
