For our family Easter gathering this year I decided to bring broccoli crunch salad made from a 101 Cookbooks recipe. I dare say it was a hit! Next time however, I will follow the instructions a little more closely and not dress the salad until just before it is served. Some of the "crunch" may have lost its punch on the car ride over!

I am unabashedly enamored with these photos from Toast's early spring catalog. Note to self: must book international vacation where one's days are spent lounging at neighborhood cafes and bicycling down cobblestone streets, all while looking impossibly chic.
