vintage photos

The Sartorialist is holding a vintage photo contest and this photograph of my grandmother instantly came to mind. Isn't she just gorgeous? I love her mischievous smile and sassy pose... Her personality is exactly the same now, as it was then. Do you have a favorite vintage photo?

    I just love this photo of your grandmother! Beautiful!
    I have several favorite vintage family photos-- my favorites are the ones that tell a story, you know?
    My hubs is a photographer, and almost always goes for a vintage feel in his work. I'm just so drawn to that nostalgic look. It's my hands-down favorite kind of photography.

    This photo is totally awesome - what a fox! I love the glam from yester-year. How can we bring that back? I'm no good at this stuff, so if you come up with something, please let me know. I'll be the one in the back with the doritos and flip-flops (my best attempt at glam).
